1. Go to the library catalog, NYMCat.
2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the login form on the lower, right-hand side of the page.
3. Enter either your library account username or the email address associated with your account.
4. Click the Submit button.
5. The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
6. Click on the link and type in your new password.
7. Click the Submit button.
