The Library is unable to accept most book donations. This is due to lack of space, and other reasons. Some books, textbooks, and gifts may be accepted if appropriate in scope and/or currency.

These would include:

  • Textbooks published within the past 2 years
  • Materials with historical significance (see here for more information about donations to our Archives)
  • NYMC-authored works

The Capozzi Library reserves the right to decline unneeded items. Gifts may be acknowledged by a letter or email with no evaluation for tax purposes. For donation of historical documents please contact Nicholas Webb at: nwebb4@nymc.edu. Inquires contact Danielle Aloia at: daloia@nymc.edu.
