Yes. As a member of the Touro University System, New York Medical College students may benefit from shared Touro library access, subject to the access policies of each library. Check each library's website for complete and up-to-date hours. 

Other libraries open to students include the many branches of the New York Public Libraries and the Westchester Public Libraries. The Harold L. Drimmer Library (part of Westchester Community College) allows access to residents or employees of Westchester County. 

Note that besides the Main Library at NYMC, study space is available on the NYMC campus in Skyline Library.
