1. From the library homepage, click on the Services tab in the top navbar.
2. Click on Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery in the Services drop-down menu.
3. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link next to the "Logon to ILLiad" button.
4. Enter your username and click the Reset Password button.
5. The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
6. Click on the link and type in your new password.
7. Click the Set Password button.
