If you have confirmed that your TouroOne and/ or Library Account is active, this issue may be related to your browser.
You may have difficulty when trying to access a title after a long gap due to the old cookies that persist in the browser history. The best way to work around this is to clear the browser cache and cookies, and then to retry the login process.
What are cookies and cache? Cookies are small text files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data and user-specific information.
The cache is a temporary storage of files (parts of webpages, such as images and HTML) to help sites load faster during your next visit.
For Google Chrome users:
Go to the Chrome app on your computer.
At the top right, click More > Delete browsing data.
Select Basic or Advanced, then select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Delete data.
If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you won't be signed out of your Google Account. However, you may get signed out of sites that remember you. Your saved preferences can also be deleted.
For Safari users:
Go to the Safari app on your computer.
Choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All.
Removing the data may reduce tracking, but may also sign you out of websites or change website behavior.
For Firefox users:
Go to the Firefox app on your computer.
Click the menu button and select Settings.
Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
Click the Clear Data… button.
Set When: to Everything or a shorter time period, such as the last hour.
Select Cookies and site data and Temporary cached files and pages.
