On the upper right hand side of the library homepage, click the calendar.

Then under “Book a Room or Service” select your reservation choice: Classrooms or Study Rooms.

Study rooms 106, 107 and B104 are available to be booked for 2 hours to students, faculty, staff, residents and fellows with a valid ID and library barcode.  Room 106 can accommodate up to eight people, while Room 107 can accommodate up to six.  B104 is located at the back of the lower level of the library and can accommodate six people.  Classroom 109 has seating for 24 and a projector that may be connected to a laptop computer. Classroom 108, the Novitch Computer Lab, has 8 PCs and a Mac, and an LCD monitor linked to a designated teaching computer. It also features satellite downlinks for videoconferencing. Please view our map if you are unsure of where rooms are located or ask a staff member.

Click the slot of your choice and enter your full name, email and barcode number.  Click the blue “Submit my Booking” button. You will receive a confirmation email containing a link that must be confirmed within one hour.  Click the blue button that says “Yes” to confirm your booking.  You will receive a second email stating that your booking has been confirmed.

Please come to the Access Services desk at the front of the library for staff to unlock your reserved room.

In order to give fair access to all NYMC community members, these rooms may be booked no more than 24 hours in advance and for up to two hours at a time. Please view our study room policy.
